Superb bus service. Terminal is excellent. Online bookings available through there app. Discount on online booking is up to 50 %. Seats are comfortable. Leg space is enough even for tall person. Every seat has his own vedio and audio system (tablet ). Peshawar to lahore journey time is 5 hours and 30 minutes approximately. During journey entertainment is good.

It was "the" best service i have recieved... the bus was very spacious... but the only problem that i faced and i think that it should be adressed is the fare.. as its too much and u r bound to go by their choice.. there should be option to whether one wants to go via business class or not... other than that it was a nice experience and i will continue using bilal travels

Travelled on VIP business service to Peshawar. Lot of improvements are required for them to come at desired operation level . entertainment system hanged many times and bus hostess had no solution. Announcement sound quality was poor. Cleanliness needs training and check and balance.
