Upsides: Adequate equipments, reasonable fee, availability of cool water, not crowdy. Downsides:

Downsides: Established in a basement so it gets very humid down there in summer, no air conditioner (a good thing for some, bad for others) so you sweat like a pig, fees have gone a little higher recently An average gym overall.
