I used to shop alot from bonanza satrangi commercial market outlet, but today i had a worst experience going there. The salesman at the store was so rude when i asked him to show a dress by opening it and he replied with "khud khol k daikhain" I just ignored what he said and opened the dupatta and folded it hanged on the pole and started seeing other dresses. When i was about to leave, the same salesman said to the guy on cash counter "yeh kis ny landa bana dia hai" and the guy responded "customer ny kia hai". I heared him saying these lines and confronted him that he is not supposed to behave and talk like this with customers and upon my confrontation he was rude. Pathetic experience today. The manager did not even bothered to come and ask that what happened. They even did not bothered to apologise.
