Interior is good & staff is helpful as well but again the security screening is too much & there is no parking space besides the building. This building is wheelchair accessible.

First of all British Council is stealing money of applicants, what for fee is this much high??? Secondly they are not providing any fair facilities for examinations like today i have given test in Barat ghar community center model town which is a marriage hall but they are taking examination here lol is this stendard of British Council? ??, the situation was worst no any management no canteen no waiting hall no any comfortable siting it was like hell

Their IELTS services are horrible. I picked CD exam and the internet in the centre was down on the day of the test. It would’ve been funny if it hadn’t been a British Council office in the 21st century. So they sent us back home after making us wait for three hours. Then they rescheduled it to a date they decided. Doesn’t matter if the candidate cannot take the test. I’ve called the helpline ten times but they behave with classic callousness and say that BC rescheduled the test “according to their convenience” and if I need to change the date, I have to pay a fee. Highly irresponsible.

Absolutely disgusting customer service Have no respect at all even can not provide proper info about exams answer phone calls and putting on holds for hours and Hang up call them have such no any info about test dates would recommend do not use their services at all better to book with IDP they’re just money eater. Will complain their head office in London about staff behaviour and lack of information. Each one of customer service provide different info about test. Highly recommend do not use their services otherwise you’ll regret it. I have had a huge mistake to book English test with them.

True to the name "British", they are a greedy and fraudulent organization that just knows how to take money and nothing else. They will not reply to you for months let alone do anything they're supposed to. I applied for verification of documents on 29th of March and at the time of writing (5th May) they have still not provided me the service I paid for and there is absolutely no way to contact them except the 0800 number which just connects you to morons who don't know anything. A place full of retarded monkeys.
