Its a village situated near GT Road Chamkani Phaatak. Arbab family mostly owned cultivated land in budhai. Farming is the occupation of the most people living in the village. Arbab Jahndad Khan is the most powerful person living in the village he is currently member of Provencal assembly. People call him Gul Lala. He is from Pakistan Tehriek e Insaf party. PTI is the most popular party in the village. Budhai village culture is the same as the province of kpk. Hindko is the mother tongue. Hindko language is frequently spoken in the village.
