Very bad experience. The customer service is almost zero. They just budge about different things and will not listen to their customers. I just got really disappoint. They do not guide their customer and just sell low quality food.

At main queens road, in front of FedEx, delicious bakery items available, fresh baked items also available.

Too much irresponsible, ridiculous attitude of this bastered cashier with me today evening almost 1900 hrs, he said to me (customer) that he has no exchange of just Rs 500 because of sunday and he forced me to bring open cash for my shopping, who will excuse for his birth/ job and upbringing. Is this training of cake & bakes???

Taste of this branch is too good .

It used to be good back in the days. Now the service is really poor, nobody listens to what u asking for and you just wait and wait, also the behaviour of staff is rude. Do this favour and Shut down the bakery if you can't keep up with the demands!!!!!!!!

It's better than other bakeries in the town. Bakery items r mostly fresh.. but There is a lot of rush and lil space in the bakery

Your cashier working on Queens Road branch, gave me stale hardened bran bread and I asked him to change it thinking that the other one might be fresh, but it was not fresh too. And I asked him I don't want it, then he said its non refundable so I bought nestle yogurt, but when I said him when do you make fresh bread, he said WE MAKE FRESH BREAD EVERYDAY. then I said why this one isn't fresh, he said WE ALSO HAVE TO SELL THE OLD ONES AND THE BREAD CAN BE EATEN IN 4 DAYS , I think if he says this it's an company policy that if the bread is 2 or 3 days old we have to buy it rather than buying a fresh bread for 100 rupees. And when I asked: Is there any complaint box? Without any hesitation he said USE THE NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE BAG. and then I bought a fresh bran bread from the Shezan Bakery you can squeeze the bread to know if it is fresh or hardened. I'll make sure no one from my family buys anything from your store. Try to give job to humble people rather than conceited young boys.

Its not just once but they have given us stale cake and upon asking does it have a choclate chip in it the unknowlegable guy reply was not stastisfying . Last year when we ordered a special cake that time too they didnt add the chips in our cake. NEVER VISITING AGAIN BAD MANAGEMENT AND NO INTEREST IN CLIENTS DEALING AT ALL #A_BIG_NO_AND_DISAPPOINTING👎
