Look well organized by the look of the office. I had a good experience when I complaint about an open main hole but this is not the case with everyone because I didn’t hear good things from other people.

One of the worst board. Terrible services.it must be banished.

I have emailed several times that at 30th street( between Khayaban e Shamsheer and E street, there are residents who are throwing garbage at the street.The garbage are open and not secured in garbage bags to allow the CBS trucks to pick it up for disposal.The current situation makes the street section very untidy and unhygenic.Authorities are requested to arrange inspection and instruct to concerned residents to keep the garbage in bags, duly tied in for the disposal trucks to be picked up.

I have many times submitted an application for encroachment and sweeping issues garbage in streets in Dehli Colony No.3 nai basti but no response and no buddy inspection or action on my complaint

salam I visit the office and feel satisfy of the orgnized and processing of rigistration but I had complain about water supplying my Name Dr. M Osama Albermawy living in F211 4 gizri avenue, Ph-IV DHA since one year no supplying of water nither prowser supply whwer I had paid all W|C dues and never daliyed wish you more succes and waiting more control of water suooling thanks

I had no water supplies is been months. I download app CBCARE and they reject my complaint and didn’t give me water container even my taxes are paid on time.

Made water drains in Karachi which were useless for which taxes were paid. When it rains, sewers get full and the workers need to be informed about pumping drains, even if entire phases are underwater.

Their new CBCARE app is a really good initiative. Turn around time is quick for any complaint logged through the app. Had requested clean up of a vacant plot. Mr. Khanzada (Supervisor) is very cooperative & courteous.
