Wicked people . They will evaluate your car lower then market place. Taking pictures , documents and Information's pictures before buying settlement and agreement as we have sold them car . Staff is also wicked . This company is totally rubbish and befool you.

Had not a good experience with them. They took very long time to offer us the price, staff said they have system glitch. Anyways, they offered competitive price but they said payment is gonna take few days. On other hand VAVA Cars made us payment within an hour. Office of CarFirst was not that much of appealing, had to wait in our car outside the room. And I literally went inside like 2 times to know why taking so long. I would recommend VAVA cars.

Cancelled appointment without any message, notification or call. Showed up before time was told appointment cancelled because they couldn't reach me on the phone.

Not recommended at all. They don't know value of your car.
