I got my car evaluated at car first boat basin after taking an online appointment (which took a couple of minutes). The whole process of evaluation took about 30 minutes. I got an offer from them that was very competitive the next day and everything thereon was super smooth. Yusuf at Boat Basin branch is extremely professional and helpful. He made sure the entire process was painless and efficient. All in all, a great and hassle-free experience!

I do appreciate boat basin team & payment processing team for swift transmitting funds within 90 minutes after 90 minutes inspection & auction timings. The whole process took 3 hours to execute deal. Excellent service. The only thing that should be improved is to be transparent at time of disclosing bid amount to seller.
