Had my car tested. Staff had attitude problems. But i suggest get your car evaluated from them. Whatever price they quote your car will be sold at least 2 3 lacs over that price in the market. Evaluate from them and sell yourself.

It was pathetic. I received many messages/calls from Carfirst to sell my car. Finally, on last Monday I decided to give it a try despite many people speak negative about them. Staff's behaviour was good. They told me auction cars they didn't buy. I said I told this when Carfirst was calling me then why did they insist to visit? So, they made a call to their senior and it was his words "reject it". I didn't apply to sell my car it was carfirst asking me again and again then who are you to say "reject it"? If their senior had simply apologize for misunderstanding that was ok but this behavior show their level of professionalism. I suggest everyone not to go for carfirst unless you have some urgency and sell your car at lowest offer for instant cash.

Book an inspection of your car and get an offer for it on the same day. They are reasonable than most of other people in market. 👍

2/ 5

The staff seemed OK in doing their job. Very thorough with their inspection and evaluation .. BUT.. Either Their evaluation was way off, or they intentionally evaluated my car at a very low value. At least 150k less that its actual market value. I gladly refused their offer without a second thought. I put an add on Pak wheels at 3pm. 16 serious buyers called in 2 hours and quite a few who could - did visit to check my car. The lowest offer I received from a car dealer was still 150k more than what CarFirst had offered. I sold the car around 5pm - in 2 hours - for more than a difference of 200k in price that CarFirst evaluated.
