VERY BAD SERVICE, took money in advance and did not finish the contract also took our iPhone and charger the second last day. Owner Usman is very rude and has no customer service and work ethics DONT EVER RENT FROM CARZILLA

They count a day as 12 hours and not as 24. They start counting the time when their car leaves their showroom which means that if you are in Rawat and their car leaves from G-8, you have already spent 1 hour before you have even sat in the car. They charge a lot for fuel as well. I got the for one day to go to a simple wedding within the city and they charged 2k in petrol and the driver started fighting with us. Not recommended at all.
