Worst experience I have bought a brand new Changhong Ruba CHR-DD418GPR2 Smart DC inverter Refrigerator for my home through Daraz and delivery received in Nov-2020 in Karachi. Since then I have made four complains for over icing, over heating, door noise and everytime their technician comes up with something new. The door still creates noise on closing and last time I complained on their official number and requested to change the unit because they know it’s faulty but no one respond properly. It’s really disgusting and pathetic behavior, the company act like thugs and no intention to take back the faulty unit. I strongly urge everyone to say ‘No’ to Chang Hong Ruba and stop buying their products because they are dishonest and thugs. Azeem
