i like to share my bad experince at chase store located at jail chowrangi karachi. I bought a manual waterpump on may 16,2018. i was given an empty box without waterpump. The empty box was immediately returned to the store. Although i was given waterpump, it was broken & it did not form proper seal to pump water. it was returned again however the store did not replace it , instead blame me that i have broken it. i lost 500 rupees but the store lost its credibility in my eyes In future i will not do shopping at this store
