I must say that Chase up has greatly improve the quality of the store but we must give them the credit that the chase was one of the pioneer store that come up with departmental style store in Karachi in 90s. Now a bunch of departmental stores are here but chase was the one who give us this style earlier.

The only bad about this place is no planned parking area jb bhi ao yato Uber or careem Mai ao ta k car ki tension na ho ya phir khud car Mai betho Ghar walo ko bhejo k jae hm yahi hai car agay pichay krenge or for safety .hope chase must understand parking issues

The store should make their policies extremely clear rather than let it be on the whims of management and should better manage their crowd because on a busy day it becomes suffocating, their varieties on clothing items is also decreasing and makeup stuff is getting bloating expensive ladies should just visit KDA market just a street ahead for better and cheaper alternatives. Overall it's becoming worse day by day.
