Just ok. Though it is a head office but never got sizes for both adults and kids whether you go on 1st day of sale or towards the end. The staff however is cooperative and welcoming. About home decor and furnishings etc, they have some good stuff and that too on sale. Parking is good outside and one normally gets the parking whenever you visit. Almost 70% of the time there is sale in this store. Quality is good. Prices are attractive during sales. Ample parking is available. Service quality is excellent.

Have been a chen1 guy since last 15 years. Have always worn and liked their outfits. This outlet has quite limited options, though. Need to add more variants and colors.
