I had a very good experience there at ChughtaiLab blue area Islamabad. It was cleaned nice and staff were in proper PPE. They were very cooperative within 15 minutes we got free from lab after doing pcr. Moreover result also came within 10 hrs on the same day of testing. We did pcr on 7 Jan 2022. Price is high for testing though and it's a same rate in whole Pakistan while traveling abroad.

They have suchh a fast technology they can make u covid 19 patient although if u are negative from anywhere in pakistan they are capable to make u positive and if u payy them u can be covid 19 negativeeeeee😟

"Unprofessional and pathetic!!!". We got in touch with them over the phone for a pre flight COVID 19 PCR test, a prerequisite for an international flight ISB - ISTANBUL- ATLANTA (#Turkish Airline). We were informed and assure that the results will be shared after 10 hours of testing by their (Chughtai Lab) agent on the phone. We planned and left for testing about 18 hours before the flight departure time. To our surprise we were told that their test instruments are all bad / dysfunctional, this was from their manager a Mr. Tanveer at the Chughtai Lab setup in Blue Area Islamabad. The staff behind the counter had a different story to tell "we do not carry out the 10 hour tests anymore but only the 24 hour PCR tests". It was a series of shocks from the Chughtai team one after the other!!! Gladly we had IDCA lab in G8, to manage it for us with in the time we had. "DO NOT GO TO CHUGHTAI LAB!!! AIRLINES PLEASE REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR LIST OF TRUSTED LABS IMMEDIATELY".

I would have given them a 0 star if possible. Literally the worst experience ever. If you are traveling internationally, please DO NOT go here and try another lab for COVID testing. Firstly, they messed up on my legal name on my report. I called them throughout the day to change my name and they kept saying we are working on it and would call me back. They never called me back. I had to follow up consistently and they ignored my messages and kept giving me different numbers to call. The next day, they generated my report with the wrong name and told me the name can’t be changed cause the report is generated. When I asked them why didn’t they change the name before, they blamed their own representatives and said some of their employees messed up and they will talk to them but they can’t change my name. Their employees messing up should not be the responsibility of the customer. Worst experience ever. My flight will be missed because of this now. Also, they give results much later and not the usual 10 hours which other labs in Islamabad do.

Useless lab, you will get your result after 24 hours and not credible not recommended to anyone such a waste of time my sincere advise to everyone planning to go there, you will regret 👎
