It was their staff member mistake... I ordered hepatitis B quantitative test and when I came for the results it was hepatitis C instead of hbv. I paid almost Rs 10000 and your representative first did not admit his mistake but later he realized that was his mistake as I had doctor’s prescription with me. Then he said he wouldn’t be able to pay for my tests and he asked me not to share with the management with the fear of losing his job. Anyhow I had to pay two times for my tests. I request the management to implant real professionals and if a mistake is done the have courage to face the consequences Thanks
