Their website is crap. Dont ever book online

pathetic customers services. charged for the ticket while they didn’t booked it. when asked for refund, i had been told to wait indefinitely. their customer support number is turned off. never go for buying ticket online, they don’t bear the responsibility of faulty bugs on their end.
