Cinema is good, well maintained. Food quality is good. Staff is cooperative. A bit rushy when close to movie start times. Good view for rhe ones sitting i the end of middle seats. You cannot take any eatables inside the cinema and no lockers to place them temporarily. Non-strictness on children under 6 years of age are not allowed inside cinema rule. And this spoils your movie due to crying of young children.

Good environment and comfy surroundings. Cleanliness is appreciative. Staff is courteous and friendly and helpful. Inside canteen is very expensive. Seating plan is very comfy. Sound quality is very good. Overall a good experience.

Review

The size of the screen and sound is good. The concession stand is big and not over expensive like major cinemas. My go-to cinema for most movies even though it is far away from my house because of the good standards and reasonable prices. I would really like to see IMAX introduced here as well as to offers and promotions for the card holders.

The screen and sound quality is decidedly sub-par which is quite a surprise with it being the pioneer multiplex in twin cities - I guess it was a one-time investment. There's no dedicated parking area which makes it even worse and the champion of all is the God forsaken crowd of Rawalpindi: you'll not see a more ignorant, naïve, stupid and desperate a crowd elsewhere. Staff is unprofessional and untrained.

Nice but there are two things which is hurting 1. Internal shops/item are very expressive triple than markete and nothing eatable is allowed from out side 2. No phone booking
