The salesperson there packed two different sizes of the same pair. The very next day, when we went back to their store and asked them to rectify their mistake, they blatantly DENIED. YES! They totally refused to give us the correct size of a shoe. The shoes were never worn. This is how f'd up their customer service is. Cheap brand. Disgusting.
