It's a good place to hangout with friends.Prices are also comparatively on economical side.Staff was really cooperative.Tried their swiss roll and it was awesome.

Delighted to find a place that is open early as I had so much time on my hands. The best thing was the staff was really good and we had Wi-Fi.

Delicious food and good indoor and outdoor sitting options. Well groomed and trained staff.

Cheaper than Gloria Jeans.. good for groups as well.. it'd be a 5 star place if it were a bit more peaceful. Overall ? Very Good

Worst, Service was pathetic, Ordered mint gingerita (tasteless), tea was untoleratable and in molten lava ice cream was melt Besides they took 30 mins to serve... Worst experience Even chai vala dhaba is better than ths I believe ths food chain company should take the membership back

I visited the ph 5 brach of coffee planet on July 6th around 5 30 pm the cleanliness standard was not great, but the thing that really spoiled the experience was the completely unprofessional attitude of the staff. They were noisy, uncouth and completely inattentive to us even though the only 2 customers in the restaurant were my friend and I. The staff were constantly on their phones. We had to wave and call out for service. After that they were either joking with each other or singing along to the TV. I asked for the comment card after finishing our meal, insistently, two or three times, upon which the manager (I'm assuming) told us that none are actually available because the management has decided to change(?) the cards and the new ones will be delivered the next day. My friend was here from karachi and honestly the whole experience was unpleasant and embarrassing. Never going there again.
