In my opinion it might has the best equipments and stuff but im sure now they have poor delivery services especially in karachi . Hoping to decline my shipment and will never come back to this site ever !!! Guys if u want better go to galaxy or daraz they are better delivering stuff and this is my opinion as far the truth is they said 72hours for delivery who does that anyway bought the same stuff from galaxy. Alhamdolillah im happy atleast i got my product very much happy with galaxy.

Place is located in an extremely difficult area, there's absolutely no parking, getting to the place is a big challenge considering city's traffic. They need to work on better & faster delivery solutions. They have good number of brands, some popular and some not so very popular ones. Employees are nice, they help you out.

Website does not show actual in-stock item inventory. Don't provide good phone information either. They do still have a good variety of computer gadgets.

Very fine and fair players in computer business

Worst customer experience I have had for a long while. I ordered for a laptop through their website, and after order confirmation, I called them to confirm the device specifications and payment method, but they didn't answer and were unavailable. I then visited their shop to make the purchase, to which they said, they would charge extra because the online payment service is not for local people. Their behavior was rude as if they don't give a damn if you buy from them or not.
