Worst ever experience in my life...for recommendations it’s a total no no from me....The waiting time took ages to see a doctor that sometimes patient had to cancel appointments...The endocrinologist has no idea what to do with the dose strength of the medication even though he had seen all updated blood work...I believe so they take advantage of the patient scenario...Shameful I wouldn’t have given this one star rating also but I had no choice...

I take this opportunity to extend my heartiest gratitude to each and every doctor, administrator and the staff of “Concept Fertility Centre” for benevolent efforts in making our dream of being parents a success, six years after our weeding. Alhamd-o-Lillah, the process of ICSI that started in June 2014 at Concept Fertility Centre, finally ended up in bringing our healthy babies (twins -Boy & Girl) into this world on 20th April 2015. I would like to pay my special thanks to Dr. Faridoon Setna whose professional competence and experience remained a matter of our unflinching trust in him. Our exceptional thanks to Ms Tahira (the embryologist), whose professionalism augmented with considerate efforts in our case, remained the hallmark of our success. Dr Shehnaz (the coordinator) also deserves our ovation for being a sincere advisor in our pursuits.
