I don't like this place but it is the place where I think lacs of people dreams come true so everyone who is going through this types of fertility problems and complications should visit this place

Worst ever experience in my life...for recommendations it’s a total no no from me....The waiting time took ages to see a doctor that sometimes patient had to cancel appointments...The endocrinologist has no idea what to do with the dose strength of the medication even though he had seen all updated blood work...I believe so they take advantage of the patient scenario...Shameful I wouldn’t have given this one star rating also but I had no choice...

Good service overall; expert consultants especially Dr. Sathina. However excessively expensive and huge waiting every time. No realisation for patients when it comes to waiting.

Alhamd-o-Lillah, the process of ICSI that started in June 2014 at Concept Fertility Centre, finally ended up in bringing our healthy babies (twins -Boy & Girl) into this world on 20th April 2015. Dr.sadia paul meet couple in first meeting. When treatment is unsuccessful she only explain it to female and avoid to explain it to husband. Unprofessional. secondly they only take reports from agha khan and pcr from chugtai which seems the way of earning referral amount from those labs.

The staff at front desk was fine ... The problem was the dr available on sunday ... She was HORRIBLE ... No manners and did not speak with proper respect and empathy for patient ... First time visit and i would never step back into clinic because of her ... If someone is coming to u with fertility issues u dont disregard their situation without looking at facts and labs.... DONT GO ... AND IF U STILL DECIDE TO GO THEN GO ON ANY OTHER APART FROM SUNDAY ZERO STARS

Dirty place. No professionalism. Excuses with Credit Debit machine not working. Why open a business when you can operate as a professional business. Customer files scattered all over the counter. Don't waste your time or money on them.

My experience with this centre is very bad due to some reason. One thing that I share with the management with documents proof which was given to them but they fail to contact with me back that what they took the remedial action. I only urge that please whenever a patient approach to you guys please be religiously and professionally treat them with your best not like in my case that doctor didn't examine physically. She just go through the lab test which I denied. Moreover, I put previous history with documents but either then she fail. After long time waiting reply from their end now I decided to write down. I know this centre is helping people and many people get good news and hope. It is therefore requested to management that kindly focus on my point and treat as good as your best. Never run behind the money and donot care the patient life as in my case. I wish you will act and correct your guidelines and SOP as describe by management. Kindly review your policies and procedures and refresher courses of your doctors and staff may kindly be look into. Last but not least your centre is really doing good. Wish you best of luck.

This center is v well equiped specially for infertility.Dr Senta is v lilient with patient and listen to patient in v good way.God Bless him.
