Stayed there when I was going for K2 base came July 2021. Love the location and the views. Make sure you get the room with the Balcony. Views are just breath taking. Not all rooms are the same size or have balcony

5 star review. Rooms are clean and food quality in dining room was great. Hot water was also available.

The motel is one of the best window viewing places of Skardu with a beautiful scene of Indis river with mountains on back. The staff is cool and welcoming. Response is very quick on guests multiple requirements of tea, laundry, cleaning or lunch, dinner etc. I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed a home like comfort with whole family.
