Dr Shabnam took care of some facial skin issues for me over the course of 3-4 appointments before my wedding and was very effective, and had a consistently great attitude. I really appreciated her demeanor: she’s honest, forthcoming, knowledgeable, yet assuring, calm, sweet and friendly. A top medical professional! On one of my visits, during her absence, I saw another dermatologist at the same location (who I think is more senior) and found her to be bossy, and borderline rude, and decided to cut that appointment short and come back with Dr. S was available again, which was well worth the hassle! Highly recommend seeing her.
