Worst hotel ever. Stayed 2 years ago and addressed some issues. After 2 years, owner said all issues

Worst hotel ever. Stayed 2 years ago and addressed some issues. After 2 years, owner said all issues are resolved now. I went there again and the issues are still there. Rooms are not clean, no dustbin in bathroom, stains on wall, mosquitoes, not maintained, no hot water, no towels, no shampoo. Don’t waste money here. Stay somethere else instead.
