It's all about experience. Got one shirt made for trying them out. I went to pick it 3 days after the due date and they couldn't locate it and told me to come back after 2 days. And even after 2 days they were blank. I made hue and cry so I was promised that the shirt would be delivered at home which they eventually did. The collar style was wrong as I did not want the Cutaway collar and the size of the collar was not made to my size although I had specifically told them and the person taking the measurements put it in the system as well. They charge hefty amount for the customized shirts but it wouldn't matter if you get good service in return. I couldn't even wear that shirt for the occasion I had planned to wear it on. Overall experience was horrendously bad. Never going back!
