For a guy earning earning over Rs. 200,000 + car and other benefits, his "look busy, do nothing" strategy is a reflection of the poor work culture and ethic of this company - Lacking organizational structure, vision or employee cohesion - High turnover of employees - Avoid seeking employment here if you are serious about your career.
