Pathetic service and experience Dwatson Chandni chowk branch

Dwatson satellite town Chandni chowk branch has always a kind of pathetic service. They don’t have a clue for customer service.. instead of offering discounts as a huge pharmacy, the Prices are also higher then others (extra profits) The most pathetic service happened yesterday when they refused to do a free eyesight checkup when the customer suggested that she would like to have a 2nd opinion from another eyesight checkup before rendering an order for a pair of eye glasses. And that’s the customer right- right?. any doubts ?They should do that in any case. I am sorry to say that Dwatson satellite town needs management restructuring and up-to-date customer service training. I had been a very old customer and always ignored to go for a negative review each time after my visit, but now I think it’s a responsibility to inform the higher management or authorities to seriously look into the matter.

These guys have been very nice usually but when I went to buy some vitamins, I realised their price was way too much as compared to an online vitamin store. When I showed them how much extra they were charging, they told me to buy inline. And that is what I did. The manner was impolite though.
