A nice pharmacy that also grew up into grocery store. They have a great variety of products as well as a nice reputation in pharmacy. Customer service is below average especially the staff at tills who doesn't know how to behave with women which I witnessed quite a number of times in this branch but sadly there's nobody to complaint to. Management never focuses on customer service. Their items are decently priced. Most of the items are from UK as the price labels are attached on products in Pound (£) but I'm not sure whether they are genuine or not particularly in the case of shower gels. I still find a difference in them when I use the same one from D.Watson and UK.

i would highly suggest people to buy from d watson at least they listen to complaints... i once visited d watson optics and also other optics at G 9... after comparison i preferred ATTA optics (a small shop in shalimar plaza g 9) but i was disappointed as they knew nothing about glasses and promised high quality but delivered low in fact very low quality... on complaint they used abusive language... i would suggest people not to fall trap of false promises of small shop keepers always trust brand name of D watson so that if some thing goes wrong u can complain and get satisfied with honor

Today ie 06th Dec. 2017, i saw an add displayed visibly displayed showing reduced prices including Prema Milk 1L from Rs. 135 to Rs. 125. The same milk I have been buying for Rs. 135. The redution in price is due to opening of competitor Shaheen Chemists, G-11. The later sold the milk for Rs. 127. Today I bought the milk from the Shaheen Chemists for Rs. 124. Mr. Bakhtawari is probably unaware of the unfriendly attitude of some of the staff at G-11.

I visit this outlet daily. Thanks to Bakhtawari's for opening this outlet in G11 Markaz. I've been to almost all in town and it's just the same. Serves Mama's as well but very few customers of it here. I use to go to F7 for it I remember. Thumbs up D Watson and we are lucky to have you here in Isloomabad yeh :)
