worst company we ever had to deal with
On January 22nd, we placed an order for samples with this company. Payment was made February 6th, the lead time for shipment communicated was 5-8 days. Until now, 7 months later, we have not received a single item. Not even pictures of them. Our person of contact keeps sending us new business inquiries. Requests to at least refund the money are being ignored. Legal action will be filed.
