Pathetic management, they think they are only in town where we can do our grocery? I wasn't satisfied with my bill I asked for verification and they said we don't do that!! What Really? Are you kidding me? First Cashier was rude and told me that I will verify then manager came in rude behavior as well telling me that we don't do verification!!... They should know the basics of how to deal with customer! Wastage of time and money.. Will not go there again!

A good place for grocery with reasonable price but utensils and toys are expensive.. if u wanna buy house holds then its not the right place...moreover the staff is not cooperative infact they need to be trained on how to deal with customers..non professional attitude and rude behaviour is wat u get from them..their behavior disapointed me thats why i stopped doing grocery from here...yes there are many other super markets alot better than this. Professionalism among staff is wat needs to be improved.

Very nice store for grocerying. Besides grocery it has nicr collection of utensils and kids toys.

Store is quite good but staff behavior was beyond pathetic, my wife bought an eye liner and salesman told her it cost 600 but on the counter when she paid it costs 800 and when she said she don't want it, the man on the counter was quite rude and told her she can't return it now. The thing is not about 200 pkr more or less, sales persons should be more professional and better trained. I wanted to sue them in consumer court but my wife talked me out of it. However, I doubt if I will ever go back. There are much better and more professional departmental stores in Lahore
