This Depilex branch does not live up to its standards. I had facial, pedi and manicure, arm and underarm waxing, eye brow threading, root dye application with wash, cut and blow dry done. It took 5 hours for that and I was never offered any water let alone tea. The facial was good, but it was very cold in the room, the water which the different masks and peelings were wiped off was cold, and beauticians hands were cold. I was freezing the entire time. Some staff is experienced, some is not and has to consult others in front of customers which is not so professional.

It has just a bigger name, once you pay the money, they won't bother to listen your phone calls, makeup artist will be late and you have to be waiting for her to come, everything else will be done by junior staff members, she'll come to have just a look. They need to improve quality if they want to stay in market. And also do remember when they add (forcefully) hair extensions and nails they'll be demanding more for that too.
