Had a bad experience twice, didn't get to visit again. Hair cutting and ear piercing both are below a good and expected standard. Resulting in a bad haircut, high fee, unapologetic response, and much much worse was the infected piercing. It should be a fairly simple process of explaining honestly to the client what the studs are made of, why is the cost so high and experience so low. Especially when dealing with little children, one got to be a bit conscientious about the outcome. Nevertheless, not each outlet is the same. I really appreciate the Smile work going on and am glad someone out there is working with a heart and mind. Keep going.

Just came back from the salon utterly disappointed. I paid a Rs. 1000 for exactly the opposite of what I wanted. I wanted a lose curls blow dry (without using an iron and its possible because I have got it done before) and the lady gave me a straight one. I showed them a picture of what I wanted before she started and in the end she claimed that it looks the same. Very unapologetic behaviour despite knowing the fact that I was unsatisfied. Dont recommend unless you have absolutely no other choice.

The service was good but they took too long to cut hair.

It was really really bad experience, not recommended, specially for party makeup. They ruined my function. They are not professional at all. It was just wastage of money..

It's too costly. This is not the right way that you charge so much and I was saying there staff that our bride has to get ready early. But they were saying the opening time is ten because bride had Togo out of city they told if you need early you have to pay extra 5000 rps

Terrible service, no matter what hair style u tell them to do they start making excuses that they cant do it cause of the hair length etc. The make up products are horrible, they do not understand anything at all other then charge a lot and extra. Don't ever go here especially when you need to get ready for a special day. Waste of money for sure. They also do not follow the Covid19 protocols and they do not sanitize anything.

Pathetic. One word does justice.
