Very nice place with the best available services in the town. Comprehensive options related to spa and saloon are present under one roof with one of the most competent staff team in the city. Flexible timings from 1000 to 2000 hrs thruout the week makes it a most convenient place for any individual to avail the best services in the city.

I had the misfortune of experiencing Dessange Lahore. The only reason I gave it a try was because I was a regular client at Dessange Bahrain. Extremely unprofessional staff. A lady Huma made my booking and assured me that since I was pressed for time they'll do my manicure and pedicure with my hair dye. I arrived and was ushered to a private room. My treatment started after a wait of 30 minutes. I showed the hair consultant my hair colour and told her what I wanted. She assured me that she was a highly qualified consultant and she joined dessange one day back. So no training at Dessange Paris itself. I paid 16500 for a root colour INOA and the result was so terrible! Their own team members came and acknowledged that the hair colour was not even remotely close to what I wanted. She died my mahogany brown hair a jet black colour and kept insisting it's brown. I did not get the manicure or pedicure that was promised within that time frame. I only got a lame apology for their mismanagement. Horrible experience and extremely unprofessional attitude. I wish Dessange Paris would take serious action against this pathetic and unprofessional management team. Shame on them!
