Firstly, they had very poor management and even didn't knew what to serve first. Secondly, utensils were not cleaned properly, no tissues provided to clean hands 3rd basement was smelly and washrooms were not cleaned.

Not that good. Just an average hall as Compare to other halls in Town. The food is also below average for wedding events.

We just want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make our wedding day beyond wonderful!!  From the first time we met with you to discuss prices and options to our wedding day, we were always confident that we had picked the best place to hold our wedding reception.  We were thoroughly impressed with the personalized and courteous attention given to us, a refreshing change from some of the other reception sites we had visited in the area. From the start, our questions were answered promptly and courteously and we were always treated like a top customer.  Because of this treatment, we never once worried about how our reception would turn out with regards to food, staff and coordination.  (As you know, brides and grooms have enough to worry about!)  You all played significant roles in helping us set up such a flawless reception. Words cannot express how grateful we are for such wonderful service.  Although we have been spreading the word to others about the great service and beautiful facilities...  Thank you again for all that you have done to help us.

Literally no parking area which makes no sense for a marriage hall You have to park across the road and the area is not even clean with no guard/person to look for
