Although the government is working hard to improve the working conditions of the government offices but passport office need special attention from interior ministry. Number of offices should be increased to facilitate the people. Help desk services should be increased. Employee should be courteous to people.

ALERT! If your picture on CNIC doesn't match with you 100% because you aged with time as any human being would, the online passport team would block your application and ask you to renew your CNIC.

Make sure you have paid the fee and are coming with the bank receipt otherwise you will be going to G9 Markaz for fee payment at National Bank, hence wasting time. Secondly make sure you reach before 1pm otherwise you wont be issued token for renewing or applying for new passport. A copy of CNIC and old passport is required for renewing the old expired one. Fee for renewing passport in normal delivery time is 3000 plus 30rs for bank forms and 5000 + 30 for urgent delivery. Normal passport os usually delivered in 15 to 20 days and urgent is delivered in 7 to days. You wont be entertained If your ID has a different address then Islamabad.

worst website ever. duniya chand per chali gai or hum abhi bhi pakistan me hey..... website is very hard to use. No whatsoever information available nor any respond after 40 days of waiting. Mulk chor diya lakin yeah log ab bhi jan nahi chor rahey hey. Shame on you guys for the pathetic services which is not worth even single penny!

I have applied for new passport just in 30 minutes, all staff are very cooperative. Most of people's are busy to customers care. Only government officers & officials can get their new passport.
