The best Domino's location I have visited in Pakistan. Staff was friendly and efficient. They themselves volunteered information about current discounts that matched my order and the manager was extremely observant - saw him quickly and readily apologize when an order got delayed. Food is standard Domino's fare, but the standards are maintained at this location.
Its a very nice cozy place but need more improvements on home deleivery coverage area. Since the start of Domino's Pizza I had never the opertunity to get a home delivery from their outlets. I even sugested the management to open an I-8 outlet which they never did and Piza Hut took the center stage there near Shaheen. What a loss they had because now if they come they will always be the second choice or option for the pizza lovers there. Now I am urging them an E-11 or F-11 outlet but they never seem to be interested in an area that is a promissing place for such outlet. Anyhow I dont think they will ever listen or take steps.
Dominos is dominos. Especially this branch. Cuz the pizzas are so damn amazing!!! I love it even more than pizza hut!!
We ordered a thin crust Pepperoni passion pizza, the Thin crust tasted like a paratha and the pepperoni was Crispy to the extent that it tasted burnt. The pizza was a bad 0 rating the pizza had like no sauce either and we ended up eating it with chilli garlic packets. It was cut in weird ways as well which were like 3 inch squares overall I will never order from here again with so many places making good pizzas youd think they would raise there standards it looked like a pizza gone wrong which they decided to give us, my brothers 13 and 9 paid 1200 rupees to enjoy a midnight snack and slept dissapointed and hungry. Shame on you.
Domino's Pizza, Inc., doing business as Domino's, is an American multinational pizza restaurant chain founded in 1960 and led by CEO Richard Allison. The corporation is Delaware domiciled and headquartered at the Domino's Farms Office Park in Ann Arbor, Michigan. As of 2018, Domino's had approximately 15,000 stores, with 5,649 in the United States, 1,500 in India, and 1,249 in the United Kingdom. Domino's has stores in over 83 countries and 5,701 cities worldwide. In 2018 Domino's Pizza was inducted into the Queensland Business Leaders Hall of Fame. 1960, Tom Monaghan and his brother, James, took over the operation of DomiNick's, an existing location of a small pizza restaurant chain that had been owned by Dominick DeVarti, at 507 Cross Street (now 301 West Cross Street) in Ypsilanti, Michigan, near Eastern Michigan University. The deal was secured by a $500 down payment, then the brothers borrowed $900 to pay for the store. The brothers planned to split the work hours evenly, but James did not want to quit his job as a full-time postman to keep up with the demands of the new business. Within eight months, James traded his half of the business to Tom for the Volkswagen Beetle they used for pizza deliveries. By 1965, Tom Monaghan had purchased two additional pizzerias; he now had a total of three locations in the same county. Monaghan wanted the stores to share the same branding, but the original owner forbade him from using the DomiNick's name. One day, an employee, Jim Kennedy, returned from a pizza delivery and suggested the name "Domino's".Monaghan immediately loved the idea and officially renamed the business Domino's Pizza, Inc. in 1965. The company logo originally had three dots, representing the three stores in 1965. Monaghan planned to add a new dot with the addition of every new store, but this idea quickly faded, as Domino's experienced rapid growth. Domino's Pizza opened its first franchise location in 1967 and by 1978, the company had expanded to 200 stores. In 1975, Domino's faced a lawsuit by Amstar Corporation, the maker of Domino Sugar, alleging trademark infringement and unfair competition. On May 2, 1980, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans found in favor of Domino's Pizza. In 1998, after 38 years of ownership, Domino's founder Tom Monaghan announced his retirement, sold 93 percent of the company to Bain Capital, Inc. for about $1 billion, and ceased being involved in day-to-day operations of the company. A year later, the company named Dave Brandon as Ceo.
I always love to eat domino's.but this time I'm so disappointed.pizza was not cooked properly.topping was missing on half of pizza.u hardly can find chicken on it.👎
The Domino's in Blue Area consistently serves great tasting pizza and they are more than happy to send a fresh pie to the oven if what they've served is not to your liking. The staff is friendly and the seating area is great both indoors and outside. I'd suggest asking the staff to make the pizza "well done," to make sure the crust is fully cooked and a bit crunchy. There are some great deals as well including a buy one get one free on Wednesdays!
The real essence of Dominos pizza is no more. They are serving Pakistani style pizzas that I personally don't crave. Some may disagree and it is their right. However, the Pizzas are no longer the way they were before.
I visit blue area Islamabad branch today with my family and I asked them 2 pizza deal for PKR 2200 and order 5 deal pizzas, means total 10 pizza plus four 1.5 litre pepsi and they told a total bill of PKR 15618. I thought may be this bill is high because of GST and till boy named Mr Farhan did not gave me bill. We was sitting upstair and instead of 10 pizzas they gave us 11 and I told them i ordered 5 deals and that make 10 pizzas and then i went downstair and ask Mr Farhan to hive me bill but he was reluctant to gave me bill, on my insistence he gave me bill and I find out they charged me for 11 pizzas and i told him I ordered 5 deals that make 10 pizzas but he refuse to listen to me, unluckily my phone was off otherwise i make a video of his unprofessional behaviour. Can someone from management answer here and tell what action was taken for this unprofessional behaviour.
