IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE “ CUSTOMER SERVICE” 1/100 STARS. ALL OF THEM ARE TOTALLY INDIFFERENT FOLKS WHO HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. THESE FOLKS MUST BE TRAINED BEFORE THEY ARE GIVEN A JOB TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS MY 4TH. EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY AS ALWAYS I WAS TOLD BY ASSOCIATE OF DOMINO PIZZA “ THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME” WHILE MY REQUEST WAS TO LET ME GET MY PIZZA DELIVERED BY ASKING PHASE 7 BAHRIA TOWN STORE TO DELIVER MY ALREADY PREPARED COOKED PIZZA BECAUSE STORE WAS LACKING A. CERTAIN NUMBER PHONE APPLICATION FAILED TO PROVIDE TO PHASE 7 STORE. WAS THESE REALLY THE FACTS OR THEY WERE MADE UP FOR ME I AM CLUELESS. THIS IS A POSSIBILITY STORE WORKERS ALSO NEED PROPER TRAINING BEFORE THEY START MAKING THEIR CUSTOMERS LIFE MISERABLE. YES MISERABLE I HAVE SAID. ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED TO GRAB CUSTOMERS MONEY BUT DO NOT BELIEVE IN SERVING CUSTOMERS. I MUST ADD THAT NOT ONLY I WAS FULLY REFUSED TO GET HELP BUT ALSO THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE OF DOMINO PIZZA ACTING LIKE AN ANIMAL HUNG UP THE PHONE WHILE I WAS TRYING TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH HIM. IT FEELS LIKE I HAVE BEEN SLAPPED ON MY FACE!!!!

I ordered Hawaiian Pizza and it was delicious. However, their delivery rider called me to collect the pizza in 2 seconds while he was still at the branch. I had to stand in the street for 10 minutes at this late hour of the night (2AM) and wait for the pizza delivery. I request Dominos administration to run ethics training for their delivery staff at the earliest. The service industry is very competitive these days.

Review

I have ordered Pizza from this branch a couple of times. Their toppings are really less than they should be. Its like having just pizza bread with Marinara sauce. I remember back in 2017/2018 the topping used to be of decent quantity. Now it seems the branch has cut down on the toppings to save $$. ☹️
