Bad experience at five star chawrangi br. I came for report collection they took me on hold for 1 hours and said 20 more mins are required and nobody informed me about wait and how long it will take to receive the report. Actually they don't get the report on system and my collection time was one day before at 11 PM.

Had bloodwork done there I am glad to see now the employees were wearing gloves at the time of specimen collection. Last week I reported it to the front desk that hygiene measurements were not to be seen, Would like to thank the whole team they took it seriously. 👍

I was completely shocked to see that non of the staff was wearing the mask. When I asked the person at reception she simply argued that they are all vaccinated. The staff who took our labs did not wear gloves in both hands. The staff seemed courteous but no SOP’s followed
