Dr. Haider is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my teeth, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such humbleness and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

Just Got my RCT and Capping done! 5 star review from my side. Both doctors who attended me and the staff were very professional and I got the results I wanted. The cap feels very natural and the shade matches pretty well. Overall 10/10 for all the services in very economical rates. Impressed and recommended from my side

Review

I went there for my cavity removal and filling. They charged me high and one of dr's student remove my tooth cavity and did filling. And guess what my filling didn't even last a month. Very disappointing

Review

I am going to share my experience and opinion, so you have every right to disagree with me. The clinic is located in the heart of the city, and can easily be approached. 1) It's on the first floor of a small and congested building. Not recommended for elderly or those who are advised not to use the staircase. 2) Dr Haider is very kind and courteous, but not all the staff. 3) Sterilisation of dental instruments is done, as I saw a staff member placing instruments in a small Autoclave steriliser. 3) The clinic is not properly ventilated, and was quite stuffy. The ceiling is also quite low too. 4) The biggest issue is the mismanagement I witnessed in the clinic. The clinic is spread on two or three different suites on the same floor, so the staff keeps on coming and going from one office to another. We reached there in time, and sat in the waiting area, but there was no one to guide or inform us for our turn. For almost half an hour, we did not know as when we will be called. 5) The customer services and coordination need a lot of improvement; patients must be guided appropriately once they are in the clinic. Furthermore, the receptionist, Mr Shamraiz, needs counselling to help improve his behaviour and attitude. Kindly ask him to be a bit reasonable and not have an argument with the customers just for the sake of argumentation. 6) Kindly inform the patients categorically that a consultation fee of 1000 Rupees will be charged which will not be adjusted in the cost of any treatment the dentist would suggest. The patients are simply told about the cost of a procedure like filling, capping or route canal, but not the consultation fee.
