I always held Dr Isma Gheewala in highest regard. My cat, who was my life, my soul, my everything died because of their sheer negligence, and literally in front of our eyes without them giving a damn about it.She was this beautiful little princess, the heart and soul of our family. The sweetest, most innocent cat. Beautiful inside, and out. Family, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins everyone’s favorite. A complete joy, and more. Only use to take her for vaccinations every year, such good was her health. Maybe once a year, or so some minor stomach upset that is it. I have rescue kittens, cats took them always to them mostly. They knew, know me so well despite many people coming to them bringing the animals. I always gave them so much respect, waiting patiently, talking to them etc. My Minnie who was not even allowed to go outside unless being watched constantly for half an hour or so, so protected and loved always. She use to sit on the terrace not so high, and much to our horror, the worse night of our lives she slipped and fractured her leg. Got her x-ray done it was a fracture, no other injury. Since there are so many people at Isma’s, just so she gets undivided attention took her to Dr Abrar Peerzada, who took one look and said she needs surgery and leg will be fixed, DO NOT GET A CAST ON HER AT ALL. This will spoil het case, she will only suffer. As pain and more pain with bad luck, bad decision was written all over we took her to Isma, such was the trust in her that no whatever she will say we will do. She said that no need for surgery put a cast on her and she will recover. We did that sadly. I use to wait for her go their literally everyday, sit patiently so I dont irritate them, try and talk to them. She made Dr Atif put a cast on her. The cast came off after a week, he put second one, came home that came off too, the next third one, after few days that came off too. In between all of this imagine her pain, they kept give her pain killers, we told them she is not eating well, they said to give medicine for appetite, as well as constipation. So kept doing that. I would go almost daily, or at times twice a day, every second day asking them, Isma would just say she will be fine. The third week when the fourth cast came off they did an x-ray, never did or suggested in between, and said the bone has gotten worse, and now she needs surgery. If you look at the x-rays the first one, and the last one it will blow your mind away, so much worse. Isma would never even look at her, I use to literally beg, my mother would try and talk to her nothing she doesnt talk maximum a word or two for few seconds thats it. Nothing. So Monday they say this, like a fool Atif puts another bandage on her gave her pain killer, not giving a damn how much damage they are doing to her liver, kidneys etc. And give time for Saturday. I requested again and again that atleast please do early but no nothing. 2 days before the surgery she was screaming in pain not eating at all, took her desperately again Isma bothered to put another plaster on her, gave another pain killer. Friday she collapsed, they could see but nothing kept on saying she is fine, no treatment nothing. All they know is injections. Human’s cant take it, imagine such a small being. I called her desperately first she dint answer, messaged her, she said give her this another pain tablet. Then finally answered and said to give honey, glucose. She died that night. Next morning was her surgery. They never called even to check. The reception, tried calling Isma again and again no answer. We called the clinic informed when it was way past her surgery time, the criminals that they are said oh where are you, you dint come for the surgery. My cat was fine, I repeat she was most healthy, beautiful no underlying condition NOTHING. Our biggest mistake, regret, unbelievable pain is that we didnt listen to Dr Peerzada, or anyone else. Took her to this criminal place. God will punish them. I leave it to HIM. They will never be spared. They didnt only take her life, they took mine too. And have affected the whole family badly.
