Dr Naila is a thorough professional. Her commitment and personal care towards patients is commendable. Her availability and response time especially in emergency cases is prompt. Overall the hospital is providing very good services which some of the others failed miserably. I highly recommend to my friends and family.

Sorry to say , i am not satisfied with her service. I went to the hospital for my checkup yesterday, she kept busy on her mobile, And got me free in 3-4 minutes. I went there to get a proper checkup of my uterine pain. But i felt as if i returned back with nothing. Ek patient ki bat tasali say sunnai chahyay na kay apny aap main busy rehna chayay. Koi proper guidance nahi di mjhay or medicines likh kay day de dhar sari. Or wo bhi itni expensive. This is not at all a professional thing to do. Dr naila meri 5th gyenacologist hain.in say pehly jitni bhi drs main nay dakhi wo sab bari humble the or sunti the sahe say patient ki baat ko. But i am disappointed by coming here Response to your reply: Yes you must investigate the matter. Because i went to the clinic yesterday, and i asked for dr nailas appointment, and that man on counter directed me to go to the room on the left side of counter. It was clearly written on the plate that its dr naila bungashs room. As i went in a lady in green clothes was sitting in and she was continously on mobile. She niether greeted nor looked up, I wonder if dr naila was abroad then who was she ? What was she doing in her room ? This only means that a dr other then dr naila checked me, seriously ? Is this what you will do to your patients ? Is this ur administration ? You are clearly conning your patients on the name of dr naila. Shame on you. And then you answer me here that as if i am wrong and i am making a wrong statement? Wao, what a great way to deal with patients. Send me your email. So that i could send you the picture of the * apparent* dr nailas clinic transcript which she gave me. If she isnt in her room you must clearly tell the patient. Rather then misguiding them and handing them with another dr. Thats clearly butchering. Response 2: Then you must admit your faculties fault. This is entirely unethical. I should be told about this this at the counter. Secondly, I have dr friends and family members too. And i know how much they are concerned about their patients. Thats humanity! You are so concious about the reviews online. Then why arent you this much active and concerned about your hospital activity ? I complained about a dr and you took it personaly. Very nice and very professional. A round of applause for you n your team. And dont tell me who has done MCPS or FCPS , if they dont know how to talk to their patients. Then They havent learned anything. Every profession has certain rules and ethics. And it entirely lacks in here. Peace.
