AlhamdoLILLAH my both kids born in this clinic and both of them plus my wife are healthy! Dr. Tanveer is one of the best paediatricians and Dr. Taliya is the best gynecologists in Islamabad.

Dr. Tanveer is too good, very humble & nice. Not sure about the facility and other staff.

They really need to upgrade their clinic and special check on hygiene. I visited numbers of time. In the basement there is a room with two beds. I have never seen their bed covers neat and changed. Fully dusty and stained. You can't sit to calm and feed your baby. Secondly the first floor need to be updated. Rooms and OT looks like a government hospital. Really need to focus on hygiene. When my baby born, a pediatric dr came and she didn't wear any gloves, no proper mask and suddenly before i could say anything put her thumb in my baby mouth to check on sucking. In this terrible covid situation one have to be very very conscious specialy dealing with newborns. They must have to provide food for patients as well for those long distance patients. I chose this clinic because of dr taliya , she is competent amd nice lady but she needs to communicate with her patients as well as listen to them properly without any rush. Huge communication gap between Dr and patient. Should give proper time to each of the patient with patience. Sometimes a patient needs discussion to clear their doubts. You need to educate the patient with confidence and trust.

Very Disappointed on my first experience. Poor administration, patients have to wait hours for their turn despite having an appointment. Most of desk staff is unpolite. Dr. Taliya doesn't correspond directly to her patients and mostly communicates with her assisting doctor. The only positive is they are taking good measures for Covid-19.

They have good team of doctors and staff. But their appointment method is strange, even if you take on call appointment, still your token number is issues once you reach and pay fee. What is use of on call appointment. Plus should have one digitial counter to show whose turn is next. Lastly Dcotor is never on time.

I am from Canada and was super skeptical about finding a doctor here. Upon research I went to Dr. Taliya for my pregnancy, and found out I had an ectopic pregnancy. Unlike most doctors in Pakistan she didn't jump straight to surgery, she educated me on my issue and told me the things I needed and things I needed to avoid. She put me on methotrexate and put me on a plan for the span of 2-6 weeks hoping my issue gets resolved. If I called her at 5 am, she spoke to me and calmed me down, if I called her at 9 am, she was there. I was really scared I might have to do surgery, but she did not take that route. I am extremely happy with her way of treating her patients, and from now I am switching all my female family members to her service.
