My first visit to this hospital and I was impressed. The hospital is located on the main road and easily accessible by car or pubic transport. Valet parking services are available at the entrance. Hospital is clean with courteous and cooperative staff. The waiting area is comfortable, clean and located inside different departments. Patient washrooms are also clean and maintained. There is a cafeteria which is open 24/7. My experience relates to my encounter with the Staff of Nuclear Medicine who displayed one of the best behaviour I have ever encountered in a Pakistani hospital. The staff was smiling and friendly from the start. They gave a little tour of the facility to my kid who had to undergo a procedure. The process of passing an IV cannula was also handled very professionally according to the needs of a little kid who was so much at ease that he didn't cry during cannulation. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Machines were well maintained and the procedure was done with care, compassion and professionalism. Thank you staff of the Nuclear medicine department Zia Uddin hospital for your services. I would highly recommend this Hospital

Over all looks good clean and tidy but they are so expensive and illitrate although they using the advance technologies but still staff is illitrate they have some good physicians and other medical officers but their surgeons are greedy and illitrate

Nice hospital with very cooperative staff and doctors. Bit loose on thr admin side and the front office staff generally fails to give appropriate info to the the patients and their relatives
