Review

3rd class after sale, I purchased tiles from them and asked them if I want more would they be able to provide and they were like sure we have a huge back up for this item. I multiple times asked please I want a running item which is in the market and should not be short and they assured me. After 4-5 days I went to inquire for more, their attitude was totally changed they wasted 1-2 hours and after that told me the item is short. They have a big showroom but don't fall for it they have only 1 item available of each product no after sale no back nothing.

Completely 3rd Class After Sale service. They don't have any credibility at all. We bought Jaccuzi from here and after 6 months one of the bulb of jaccuzi was not working and we went here for a replacement bulb but their response was very un professional. They said we don't have it and we can't arrange it. We made countless visits at their store for this issue. You're only welcome there if you are going to purchase anything from there. If you have any problem they won't entertain. At the point of sale they gave 1 year warranty of motor and life time spare parts guarantee. That if there is any problem you will get that part from here. It was even mentioned on the invoice. I am sure even if there was a warranty issue they won't resolve it. Don't buy from here. If you do buy at your own risk and don't expect any after sale service.
