I visited a resently astablished Gurgson Behria Town phase 7 Islamabad on last Thursday for getting my lounge suite drycleaned. It is one of the outlets of an age-old main shop located in Sadar Rawalpindi , famous for touch of class in drycleaning . If you happen to be in Rawalpindi do try their expertise .

A family heirloom sari was given for dry cleaning of a small grease stain. The sari came back with multiple lines and was taken back and a complaint lodged. The fellow there said that the stains must have been there from the beginning! When we pointed out that their job was to clean the sari they reluctantly took it back. On taking receipt of the sari on the next instant there were now huge stains on it. A thoroughly bad job and we are trying to retrieve something as it is important to us. But gurgson was supposed to be good and their poor workmanship and lousy attitude has forced me to write this review so that others may not be conned.
