Terrible service. I had to face great hassle when DIB decided to get its customers UnionPay debit cards to replace their Visa debit cards. I kept checking the branch for almost a year with no news of the card reaching my branch. In the end, I was forced to pay card replacement charges because apparently the card had arrived and been destroyed because I had not collected it on time. It turns out that they did inform me, but with just ONE SMS, not even a phone call, that can easily be missed. The best part? This card does not even work everywhere. This bank does not deserve to call itself an international standard bank.
