It was an okay average place to just spend a night but they dont have any heating facility. The beds

It was an okay average place to just spend a night but they dont have any heating facility. The beds are dirty, Quilts are dirty, chairs, walls, everything is filthy and they charge you 400 rupees every hour for the heater. Its not a recommended place to stay in winters and you will freeze to death.
